About this policy
This policy explains how Aurnex Global LLP and BR Business Consultants Private Limited, through the Aurnex brand, use cookies and similar technologies on aurnex.tech. Cookies are small browser files; similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and scripts.
Essential technologies
Essential technologies support security, delivery, page operation, accessibility, forms and requested preferences. Blocking them may prevent website, form or support features from working. Hosting and content-delivery providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
Analytics and experience
Google Tag Manager manages measurement tags, Google Analytics may measure traffic and interactions, and Zoho PageSense helps us understand page experience. These tools may use cookies or identifiers. Exact cookie names may change as providers update their services; provider documentation is the current technical source.
Chat, forms and feedback
Zoho SalesIQ supports live chat and visitor engagement. When SalesIQ is loaded, Aurnex passes the visitor’s choice to Zoho through its cookie-consent API. SalesIQ analytics and performance cookie categories are enabled only after permission; requesting chat without that permission keeps those optional categories disabled. Embedded Zoho forms support enquiries, and Feedback Link may display customer feedback. Submitted information is also governed by our privacy policy and the provider’s terms.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, social networks, Google Maps, support portals and other sites are controlled by those providers after you visit or interact with them.
Your choices
Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or change optional-tool consent. Continuing with essentials keeps Google Analytics, Zoho PageSense, and SalesIQ analytics and performance cookie categories disabled. The separate Start chat control can load SalesIQ for a requested conversation without enabling its optional analytics and performance categories. Browser settings and provider opt-out tools may also be used. Choices may need repeating after clearing storage or changing devices.
Privacy signals
Browser privacy signals are not interpreted consistently by every provider. Where law requires recognition of a supported opt-out signal, we apply it to the relevant processing.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when providers or legal requirements change. Questions may be sent to connect@aurnex.tech. See our privacy policy and data request page for personal-data rights.
