Who we are
Aurnex is a business brand used by Aurnex Global LLP and BR Business Consultants Private Limited. In these terms, “Aurnex”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Aurnex entity operating the relevant interaction or named in the applicable proposal, statement of work, order, invoice or agreement. BR Business Consultants Private Limited is ordinarily the contracting and invoicing entity for Zoho consulting and implementation services.
These terms apply to aurnex.tech and related Aurnex webpages, forms and website communications. They do not, by themselves, create an obligation to deliver professional services.
Acceptance and authority
By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. The website is intended primarily for business users and adults capable of entering into a binding arrangement.
Contracted services and precedence
Consulting, implementation, migration, integration, customisation, training, licence assistance and support are supplied only under an accepted proposal, statement of work, order form, support plan or other written agreement. The entity named there is the contracting entity.
If a signed agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement, non-disclosure agreement or order document conflicts with these website terms, the specific written document controls for its subject matter. Zoho licences and other third-party products remain subject to the relevant provider’s current terms.
Scope, estimates and changes
Website descriptions, examples, timelines and pricing are general information. Final scope, assumptions, deliverables, fees, dependencies and acceptance criteria are those recorded in the applicable commercial document.
Work outside the agreed scope, changed requirements, unavailable dependencies, inaccurate source data or delayed approvals may require a revised timeline, change request or additional fees. Material chargeable changes will be communicated through an authorised channel.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for timely access, accurate requirements, authorised contacts, suitable licences, test data, decisions, approvals and other required dependencies. You must ensure that information and personal data supplied to us is collected and shared lawfully.
You remain responsible for business decisions, user access, final testing, acceptance, production authorisation, statutory compliance and appropriate backups unless a written agreement expressly assigns a responsibility to us.
Zoho and other third-party services
Aurnex provides independent consulting and implementation services within the Zoho ecosystem. Zoho Corporation and its affiliates control Zoho products, licences, hosting, security commitments, service levels, features, pricing, editions and policies. Website references must be confirmed against Zoho’s current official information for the selected edition, region, provider, add-ons and use case.
Third-party products, gateways, messaging services, APIs and integrations may change or become unavailable outside our control. We do not warrant their continuous availability. Provider fees and licences are your responsibility unless a written order states otherwise. Zoho names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used under applicable partner and trademark guidelines.
Fees and payment
Fees, milestones, taxes, currency, payment dates and expenses are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice or agreement. Work may be scheduled only after receipt of any required advance.
We may pause work or support when an undisputed payment is overdue after reasonable notice. Client-side delays do not automatically postpone invoices tied to reserved capacity, completed milestones or delivered work.
Cancellation and refunds
Accepted orders commit professional capacity and may trigger planning, procurement or third-party costs. Except where a signed document or mandatory law provides otherwise, payments and confirmed orders are non-refundable once the order is placed.
Cancellation, rescheduling, unused support hours and third-party purchases are governed by the applicable commercial document and our cancellation policy. Ending an engagement does not remove payment obligations for completed work, committed resources, accrued charges or non-cancellable third-party costs.
Confidentiality and client data
Each party should protect the other party’s non-public business, technical and commercial information and use it only for the relevant enquiry or engagement. An NDA or service agreement takes precedence.
Client data remains the client’s data. Where delivery requires access to client systems or personal data, we use that access for the agreed purpose and apply reasonable controls. Data-processing responsibilities may be recorded separately where required.
Intellectual property
The Aurnex website, brand, reusable methods, templates, know-how, pre-existing materials and general tools remain owned by or licensed to the relevant Aurnex entity. Website material may be viewed or printed for internal evaluation but not commercially reproduced, scraped or republished without permission.
Project intellectual property is governed by the applicable agreement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property; the client retains its data; third-party software remains under its owner’s licence; and general non-client-specific know-how may be reused without disclosing confidential information.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious material, impersonate others, submit unlawful or misleading content, infringe rights, or use automated extraction in a manner that burdens the website or violates law.
Information and warranties
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but products, availability, regulations and external links may change. Content is general information, not legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, and does not guarantee an implementation result.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Service warranties and remedies are limited to those expressly stated in the applicable agreement. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these website terms for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity or data. Aurnex is not responsible for failures in third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Liability for contracted services is governed by the applicable agreement. Where none applies, our aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed fees paid to the relevant Aurnex entity for that specific service during the six months preceding the event, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. A signed agreement governs its own law and dispute process. For website use without a signed agreement, Indian law applies and disputes are subject to competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, subject to mandatory local rights.
Questions may be sent to connect@aurnex.tech. Notices about an engagement should also be sent to the authorised contacts named in its agreement.
