Scope and responsible entity
This policy applies to aurnex.tech and Aurnex enquiries, marketing, recruitment, contracting, consulting, implementation and support. Aurnex is a brand used by Aurnex Global LLP and BR Business Consultants Private Limited.
The entity receiving your enquiry or named in your proposal, invoice or agreement is responsible for the personal data it controls. BR Business Consultants Private Limited is ordinarily the contracting and invoicing entity for Zoho services. The entities may use shared personnel, systems and resources for service delivery subject to confidentiality and access controls.
Data we collect
We may collect contact and identity details, employer and role information, communications, meetings, proposals, contracts, billing records, support tickets, recruitment information and preferences.
The website may receive IP address, device, browser, approximate location, referral source, page interaction, analytics and cookie information. During services, authorised personnel may access account identifiers, configurations, logs and client data you instruct us to handle. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data through general forms.
How we collect it
We collect data from you or your organisation through website and Zoho forms, email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings, support portals, contracts, events and service delivery. We may receive business contact data from referrals, authorised partners, public professional sources and connected products.
Cookies, Google Analytics, Zoho PageSense and Zoho SalesIQ may collect interactions as explained in our cookie policy.
How we use it
We use data to answer enquiries; assess requirements; prepare proposals; contract and invoice; deliver, secure and support services; configure systems; train users; manage projects and recruitment; improve the website; prevent misuse; maintain records; and meet legal obligations.
Where permitted, we send relevant service or event communications. You may opt out of marketing. Necessary service, security, contractual and billing communications may continue.
Legal grounds
Depending on context and location, we rely on pre-contract steps, contract performance, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, consent, and legal claims. Where consent applies, it may be withdrawn prospectively.
Client data and processor role
For personal data placed by a client in Zoho or another client-controlled system, the client normally determines its purpose and means. We act as its service provider or processor when accessing data under instructions for implementation, migration, integration, training or support.
Requests concerning client-controlled data should normally be directed to that client. We will support it as required by agreement and law. We do not sell client data.
Sharing
We may share data between Aurnex Global LLP and BR Business Consultants Private Limited where necessary for sales, contracting, delivery, support, finance, security and compliance. We may use vetted hosting, communications, analytics, forms, CRM, support, payment and professional service providers.
Data may be shared with Zoho or another provider you ask us to procure, configure or support; with advisers, auditors or insurers; in a lawful reorganisation; or where required by law or needed to protect rights and security. Providers act under their own notices or contractual duties according to their role.
International transfers
Aurnex serves clients in multiple countries and uses providers that may process data abroad. Where required, we use recognised contractual or organisational safeguards. Zoho and other providers determine hosting locations and safeguards in their services; review their current documentation when data location is material.
Retention
We retain data only as reasonably necessary for enquiries, engagements, support, contracts, tax, accounting, security, disputes and legal obligations. Periods vary by record and law. Data may be deleted or anonymised when no longer required; backups may remain temporarily until overwritten.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data and service, including access controls and confidentiality obligations. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Clients remain responsible for licences, administrator controls, user permissions, authentication, backups and lawful instructions in systems they control. Report suspected incidents involving Aurnex to connect@aurnex.tech.
Your rights
Depending on law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing, and may withdraw consent. Rights are not absolute. We may verify identity and retain data required for law, contract, security or claims. See our data request page.
Children and external services
Our business website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly solicit their data. Links and embedded Zoho or other services follow their own privacy notices.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as services, providers or law change. For questions or requests, email connect@aurnex.tech with your name, organisation, relationship with Aurnex and enough detail to identify the relevant data. You may complain to a competent authority where applicable.
