Do we need finalised requirements before starting?

Yes. Implementation starts from agreed requirements and workflow documentation. If you're not there yet, start with Zoho Consulting and we'll help you define them first.

What is User Acceptance Testing (UAT)?

UAT is when your own team tests the configured system against real, day-to-day scenarios before it goes live. Aurnex explains what to test, guides the process and helps with questions until your team confirms the agreed result.

Can you implement more than one Zoho app?

Yes. An implementation may cover a single application or several connected processes across sales, service, people, finance and operations.

What happens after handover?
