Available requests
Depending on law and our role, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing or withdrawal of consent. You may opt out of marketing at any time. Rights may be limited by law, contracts, security, others’ rights or legal claims.
Identify the relationship
Aurnex is used by Aurnex Global LLP and BR Business Consultants Private Limited. Tell us whether the request concerns an enquiry, proposal, client engagement, support ticket, event, application or marketing. We will route it to the responsible entity.
For data in a client-controlled Zoho or business system, contact that client first. The client normally controls that data and we assist it as service provider where required.
Submit your request
Email connect@aurnex.tech with subject “Personal data request”. Include your name, business email, organisation, country, relationship with Aurnex, requested right and a clear description of the data.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes or full identity documents unless we later specify a secure verification method.
Verification
We may request information needed to match records and prevent unauthorised disclosure or deletion. An agent must provide evidence of authority, and we may verify directly with the individual where permitted.
Response process
We will assess the request and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will explain if clarification, verification or a lawful extension is needed. Responses are normally electronic and may use secure delivery.
Retention exceptions
We may retain limited data for contracts, invoices, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes or others’ rights. Use will be restricted where appropriate. Backup copies may remain until overwritten through normal cycles.
Fees and repeated requests
We do not ordinarily charge. Where law permits, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline a manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive request and explain why.
Marketing and cookies
Use an unsubscribe option or email us to stop marketing. Manage cookies using consent controls or browser settings. Necessary service, contractual, security and billing messages may continue.
